About Me

I'm just an ordinary guy who would like to accomplish some extraordinary things. I've had a lot of challenges in my life that couldn't keep me down, and I've done my best to do so. In September of 2003 I found out that I had type 2 diabetes and kidney damage, but instead of feeling sorry for myself, I got healthier, lost about 40 pounds, and completed the 2004 39.3 mile Avon Walk for Breast Cancer and raised over $2200 doing so. If I get my way, some day I'll get to write my life story because pretty much anyone I tell things about my life they never believe it, so let's see if they can swallow it all at once.

My Interests

Autograph Collecting, Photo Matting, Professional Wrestling, Going to Comedy clubs and watching movies.

I'd like to meet:

Dating? Anyone who would have me. I don't have a "type" and can find something to like about almost anyone, except Oprah.

Music:

Mostly Angry White Boy music, Godsmack,Disturbed, Alice in Chains, Manson, Eminem, even some Limp Bizkit. But when I was 16 I used to help out County 103.5 WYNY in NY and have a soft spot for country music. And yes, I've spent my entire life in the Bronx, and some day I'll find a way to deal with these issues

Movies:

Comedies and action. I have a DVD collection of almost 350 titles take a look , but my favorite movie of all time is "The Princess' Bride", and I'm secure enough of a man to say so.

Television:

I'm a reality tv whore, and I count the stuff on Discovery and TLC as reality TV. Aside from Adult Swim and Fox Sunday Nights, I don't think I watch any scripted shows anymore.

Books:

Mostly Biographies and true stories. The last 2 I read were Hardcore Diaries by Mick Foley, and Make Love *The Bruce Campbell Way.

Heroes:

My grandfather, he was my hero when I was a little boy and because of standing and watching him cook the Sunday dinner every week I developed my love of cooking. And my father, who I got my really off beat sense of humor from.
