Thy Sinister Bloom

F ormed in 92, Sought to play doom with atmospherics in mind. Recorded first demo 'Thy temperate veil' in 1994, re-recorded in 95 after the loss of the second guitarist and a fuck up in the studio, where they managed to mysteriously loose the reel of the original recording .Jonathon (Jono) leaving the band between then, we progressed as a four piece, with Robin playing all guitars, Cory on bass, lyrics & vocals by Jeff and drums by Bren . Went on to record a second promo 'Fragrant Suncry, a scented memoriam' and an equally unreleased 3 track EP 'Serein Falls' in 96. Fell apart between the years of 97/98 and sought different paths abroad! Tried to continue overseas through geographical difficulties with the addition of a flute player at one point, but in the absence of the solid mystical bass player it just couldnt be racked together without whom it just wasnt the same!! But advancement in technology over the years has narrowed the gap and allowed some fresh material to stir albeit different....watch the space!
