Trueboyy has big plans for the future in the world of music after discovering his natural ability to create music that easily grasps the ever growing urban music market. Whether it’s creating music for television, film, commercials, producing for other up and coming acts or himself, he plans to share this passion of his with as many people as possible.He has had an ear for good hip hop music and not only hip hop but music in general since his early days growing up in Inglewood, California. While attending high school he met up with some friends who had a similar interest in hip hop music. They decided to form a group and after making a demo tape, they were able to land a meeting with a major label. Knowing everything happens at the right time and never one to quit, he continued to hone his skills in both rapping and producing, as a solo artist, while attending college and earning a B.A. Degree, after realizing it was a better fit for him artistically.With such diverse influences as Portishead, Outkast, Dr. Dre, Depeche Mode, Kanye West, A tribe Called Quest, Duran Duran, Green Day, and The Neptunes to name a few, he has and continues to develop a style all his own and hopes to create more and more diverse sounding projects as the years go on. The bar is set so high by none other than himself and the passion he has for music will undoubtedly shine thru in each and every project he creates.He currently resides in Studio City, California.
