Sounds Like: Please allow us to introduce ourselves. The Mystics are: Nick Lewis: Guitar-vocals, Owen Munro: Guitar-vocals, Berny McGurk: Bass-vocals, Brian Alexander: Drums-percussion.The Mystics came to life underneath the slate cliffs of the Ochil Hills in October 2005. Formed by two local, life long friends, a migrant Scouser and a Morayshire rocker, we have been writing and recording our songs of love, peace, heartbreak and hope ever since.We are a four-piece band in the classic line up; two guitars, bass and drums with three part harmonies to deliver the message.We have already written a hat-full of Alt.Country songs with influences ranging from ‘The Band’ to ‘Wilco’. ‘Glendaruel Village Hall’, our new EP, is our mission statement and It’s our mission to record great songs and play rocking gigs till we die.
