About Me

To say that Tim Andresen is one of Scandinavia's leading DJs is almost an understatement. This year he was voted 1 Most Popular Nordic DJ by the Scandinavian clubbers and also won the Best DJ award at the Danish Club Awards. His solo productions are blowing up everywhere and he also forms one half of Professional Losers - one of the most exciting names in house music today.
Things are shaping up for Tim Andresen. He is the main man behind the newly launched What Happens label. Tracks signed to Azuli, Southern Fried, Toolroom, Suesse, Oven Ready, Strawberry Blonde, Fragile, Frosty Music and 1980 Recordings. Asked to remix dancemusic’s biggest superstar Norman Cook and Roland Clark aka Jesus Jackson (buzz chart 1). Support from Pete Tong on The Essential Selection and further plays from the likes of Erick Morillo, Deep Dish, Fatboy Slim, Seb Fontaine and Hernan Cattaneo while his tracks feature on some of the World’s most well known Compilation CDs from Space, Ministry Of Sound and Club Azuli amongst others.
No stranger to the clubbing scene, Tim Andresen has been DJing for two decades. He has taken his music to 25 different countries and some of the finest clubs on the planet, playing for brands like the Ministry Of Sound Tour, Godskitchen, Azuli, played numerous gigs in Ibiza including Pacha, Space and the World’s biggest club Privelegé, Redlight in Paris, Club Bonbon in Shanghai and Fabric and Turnmills in London to name just a few...
Back in Copenhagen he holds residencies at What Happens and Together while previously running the World famous Oven Ready parties. His unique contribution to the Danish clubbing scene over the years has earned him a staggering 16 nominations for Best DJ and for Best Clubnight at hte Danish DJ Awards in just 8 years. All this has led to having what is probably the biggest local following of any Danish house DJ.
Tim Andresen has selected and mixed two major CD compilations. In 2003 Ministry Of Sound asked him to mix and compile volume 1 of the Ministry Sessions series for Scandinavia. He also mixed a compilation showcasing his own club night Flow back in the summer of 2001.
As a DJ, producer, remixer and promoter, Tim Andresen has his fingers in many different pies. With a busy schedule and numerous tracks ready for release on various labels, the profile of the Danish whirlwind is about to explode even further…
