About Me

2G is a 3 man army who is capable of doing anything they put their minds to. They go by the names Shunn G Kaprice, Tat, and Insane G. The two Shunn G Kaprice and Insane G are from Macon, Georgia. Tat is from North Carolina. It was only a short period before these three would bump heads and start making shit happen. Shunn G Kaprice and Insane G met back in middle school, tricking out a well known tramp at the school. The two found out about each other through this young lady and became really tight goons. They were well known for their dope lyrics, and from the way they stood out from the rest. Shunn G Kaprice, and Insane G both ran the streets of Macon, Georgia in and out of trouble. Shunn G Kaprice in and out of jail, drug charges, gang banging, and Insane G gang banging keeping his reputation high in the streets. They ran with the Folk gang, and 3400 which is Notorious in the streets of Macon Georgia, as well as in other places around the world. Soon they met up with the beast, Tat the Big Bad Wolf who had recently moved down from North Carolina from incarceration. The three all talked about starting there own group but still went their own ways at the time. The rapper Shunn G Kaprice faded into a rap group called Camp Mo lead by Uncle ScrewFace, the Notorious leader of the Uninville area gang 4400. They beagn laying down about five songs a day putting out his first mixtape with them called 24-N-Mo. Meaning that they werent afraid of shit, and bashed anyone who was giving there city a bad name. They ran the streets with their most rememberable track, "Come Putcha Hands On Me". The rapper Insane G was making shit happen on his side with the groups DarkHouse, The Ave, and other local groups around the way. The 3 Insane G, Shunn G Kaprice, and Tat decided to come together and create their own group called 2G in which Insane G already had in the process. Insane only wanted people in the group who he felt could bring the flame, so why notpick the hottest from Macon, Shunn G Kaprice, and Tat. Together they put out their first mixtape called Crack Musik Volume One selling over 10,000 copies of the mixtape in 2006. This helped them gain a powerful street buzz, opening the doors to radio stations, local DJ's, bars, and strip clubs around the way. Early 2007, they made their first big breakthrough on the television show "ATL Hotel" hosted by Hotel and Buffie the Body performing their hit "In Her Top 8". At the time, the group had been rolling with a local promotor at Super Star Entertainment. The company was not at all ready to manage this group, trying to run a childish gimmick and gain glory. Instead the two Insane G and Shunn G Kaprice decided to start their own label called Black Hood Entertainment where only the rappers Tat, Shunn G Kaprice, and Insane G recide, along with their model Diamond, AKA Miss Blackhood. The group 2G will be releasing their mixtape Crack Musik Radio next week which features the colli parks own, Homebwoi, and Toke from the Cadillac Boys, K-Dot from Blazin92.3, DarkHouse Entertainment, G.A.M.E. Entertainments own Swagga Champ, B.O.B. AKA Cloud Nine, and Pitch Black. They will be releasing their smash Hit "Let Em Shine" featuring Homebwoi, which will be released next week. All and all this group has the game down packed and is willing to try new things, and work with new artists. The team says this new project will be much larger then the last one and will definitely put this group on top. The gruop 2G is definitely a success to come.
