Interests: Well, obviously there's photography, but just to prove that I have a life, I also love writing, playing and generally losing myself in music, good food, fine wines, travelling, reading, socialising with people I know in passing and loosely refer to as 'friends', striving for world peace and an end to poverty.
OK, so maybe I don't have a life, but hey... I'm Happy! :-)
Anyone with an interest in my work, or any models, photographers, camera clubs etc, interested in using the studio facilities. Someone presenting a large cheque, or a major photographic award would also be most welcome! :-)
I'll listen to pretty much anything (especially if it's live), from classical to through to metal, but these days, I mostly tend to chill out to the likes of Travis, K.T Tunstall, Coldplay, Idlewild & Snow Patrol, Bjork (all hail the supreme pixie mentalist!), Jean Michel Jarre, Moby, Faithless (not so much a gig, more of a relgious experience), Fatboy Slim, The Prodigy, Green Day, & Nickelback.
Moulin Rouge, (see pics for potential infringement of copywrite!:-) The Matrix trilogy, The Bourne Identity/Supremecy, Serenity and any other such big-budget escapism that gives me the 'feel good factor', makes me think profoundly, smile or go WOW!
Green Wing (Michele Gomez rocks!), QI, Life on Mars, Top Gear, Scrubs, Buzzcocks, Mitchell & Web, The Mighty Boosh, The Simpsons or anything that makes me laugh out loud.
A wide variety of stuff, factual works, bio's of people who have lived for more than 10 minutes and actually acheived or experienced something amazing in life, thrillers by the likes of Robert Ludlum, Dan Brown & Clive Cussler, & the humour of Ben Elton, Danny Wallace & Dave Gorman.
Try to avoid them at all costs! It's a well known fact that an undeniably large percentage of heroes throughout the course of history have ended up dead!p
