LF.A.QFrequently Asked QuestionsQ: Will the paint used on the shoes last????A: The shoes are applied using Top Quality specialized paint which bonds to leather effectively. These shoes will hold up in all weather conditions. Playing sports in these shoes are not recommended.
Q: Do I have to supply the shoe to get a Custom done?
A: Normally it is much easier for the customer to provide the shoes but we can provide the shoe at the retail cost. Availability of the shoes is not guaranteed.
Q: What can I get on my Custom shoes?
A: You can have custom color ways, patterns, logos, designs, and words & fonts. We will design and paint any leather based shoe depending on your ideas and concepts, as long as it is artistically feasible.
Q: How much does it cost?
A: Cost will be determined on a per order basis, depending on the difficulty of the design and materials required.
Q: What methods of payments are accepted?
A: We accept U.S. Postal money orders and online payments through Pay-pal. For local customers we will accept cash.
Q: What is the return policy?
A: All shoes are custom made for each customer, all sales are FINAL!!!
Q: When will my customs be ready?
A: Normally it will take 1-2 weeks depending on the task at hand
