The Epicenter:
The Epicenter is what has come from the teaming up of Nevada Radiator's owners, The Avant Arts Collective's director & The artist behind the Waste your life. Be an artist propaganda campaign. Fast becoming a must see Gallery during First Fridays, The Epicenter keeps a fresh approach on what gallery shows "should be" and gives many up and coming artists an opportunity to show that they may not have had in the past. Each month we have three separate shows in our varied gallery spaces, live music and local artists selling their wares & demonstrating their skills out front.
epicenter (p-sntr) n.
1. The epicenter is the point on the earth's surface vertically above the hypocenter (or focus), point in the crust where a seismic rupture begins.
2. The epicenter is directly above the hypocenter, the actual location of the energy release inside the earth.
Seismic waves propagate spherically out from the hypocenter.
