I am learning to play the Piano Accordion and have been playing drums for over 40 years. I love fly fishing & fly tying,catfishing AND CAMPING & GARDENING. I like all kinds of stuff. My favorite movie is Belizaire the Cajun. I love to cook. Mom started me cooking when I was about 4 or 5. I stood on a chair by the stove and fried an egg. My mom said if I got burned, the next time I'd know better!! My favorite foods are Polish & Italian(my heritage is Italian and Polish). I love all Eastern European cuisine. BB-Q. I only like mine and PORKEES RIB HOUSE in Herrin,Illinos. I HATE SHREDDED BBQ. I only like the SLICED kind. I creat my own recipes,some have been published in a few cook books. I like to write stories about things that have happened in my life and family stories I have been told. FAMILY HERITAGE is very important to me. Learning about my family heritage and keeping customs and traditions alive in our family is an obsession of mine. Least they be forgot. I guess I have floated from this and that all of my life. Built a Cajun Pirogue 4 years ago. Love that too!!! I like PARANORMAL and SUPERNATURAL THINGS.....I've seen UFO's...would like to go on a expedition to the Pacific Northwest in Search of BIGFOOT. You know they do exist. Jane Goodall says so.....
