Experiencing live music, cooking, shopping, reading, cocktails, watching soccer, laughing at my husband's jokes, staring at my kids in amazement that I am responsible for their creation and well-being, parenthetical asides [not unlike this one (or, even better, this one)], spreading joy
All of my beloved furumaniacs!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
a-ha, Magne F, the Police, Savoy, XTC, Beck (I hate it when I agree with the Cool Police, but he really is a genius), Weezer, Green Day, Duran Duran, Beastie Boys, Tina Dico, Depeche Mode, the Smiths, Sting, The Killers, KT Tunstall, Teitur, Belly, the Breeders, the Go-Gos, Loretta Lynn's Van Lear Rose is a masterpiece and certainly in my all-time top 10 (it's strange that I love Jack White on this album and the Raconteurs but have not been able to get into White Stripes; must give them another try!)
Fargo, Office Space, Grease, Pretty in Pink, Sixteen Candles, Lost in Translation, Planes Trains and Automobiles, Spinal Tap
Lost, Desperate Housewives, Amazing Race, Survivor, EPL, Arrested Development (until the evil TV gods cancelled it!), Seinfeld reruns [unlike other good, old shows (Cheers, comes to mind) old Seinfelds don't become creepy and icky-atmospherish], The Office (UK version only; the US version bugs even though I really wanted to like it), Scrubs (I took a break from it for a couple of years and it's funnier than I remembered...), The Brady Bunch
Lolita, anything by Steinbeck, epic fantasy (how embarrassing!), poorly-written but still-entertaining airplane fiction (DaVinci Code being a prime example)
Anyone who has had to overcome adversity and is still able to be a positive impact on the world (because I have had a pretty cushy life and feel guilty about it).
