reviews.
“A beautiful and spirited record. Instantly likeable.†–John Mayer
“It is a rare combination when an artist can be as good a singer and guitarist as Brett is, but it is his commitment to the word that makes his song live and breathe. His music has a playfulness in its bounce while the lyrics ring with a truth beyond his years.†–Michael Franti
"He's timeless-he's probably twenty-five, but he seems like he's twenty-five in 1972."- Rolling Stone
“Brett Dennen is the performer we've been awaiting for far too long: a singer-songwriter who might be the missing link between our hopes and a time when musicians just tried to sing the truth, even if it made folks uncomfortable…He’s something special.â€- The Herald, Seattle
“Brett Dennen is on my very short list of artists to watch. So Much More is a joyous dance - deliciously steeped in hope, faith and unconditional love.â€
- Chris Douridas, KCRW
