The story so far... Loose Handles formed in the late fall of 2005. Formerly Holiday Camp which formed in the fall of 2003. After a few member changes Loose Handles soldified as Matt Kentner, Chris Johnson, and Mike Nagy. Matt brings to the table over 15 years experience playing, recording and touring with fantastic bands such as Lifelike, Licorice Fix, Spyglass and Sonic Unyon recording artists the New Grand. Fed up with the current state of modern music Matt went on a mission to pull some people together in an area lacking in 'new music'...

Started in or around September '05 Free the Future started as Presintensity... which also started as Blindsight. It was just 4 buddies with nothin to do but jam out to some tunes we all enjoyed. But as time progressed, we formed songs of our own as any band in the making would have done. Three of our four members had been in previous bands, and, well, after realizing they had no immediate future (sorry Round12... you too Final Notice) they knew something had to change. After a few years of nothing special, something special happened...

Keith auditioned for Larry's band and became the bass
player, replacing Andy. Then Keith was in another band and
met Doug, the drummer. Keith and Doug needed a guitar
player for another band so they called Larry. Then they
needed a singer, so they called Andy.
