I am a wife and homeschooling mother. Yes, my days are busy! I have known salvation through the Messiah for 20 years. Recently, Adonai brought my family back from serving the people of the Gulf Coast that were effected by Hurricane Katrina. The time down there was absolutely amazing! I love to research - you name it, I like to research. I just like to learn I guess. Mostly though, I love using my bible and concordance and reading and searching what it is the Father is trying to teach us. I believe there is no mystery too deep in the Word for us. That our knowledge is increasing, as our Master Yeshua prophesied in the Gospels. And with that increasing knowledge and the gift of the Spirit and the tools he has given us, we can read and understand and know.
It's been a journey that started about 6 years ago now - I have been on a journey discovering the roots of our Christian faith. The Hebrew and Jewish roots. It has really been the last 2 years that I have come to embrace all of that. As you follow along in my blogs, I am sure you will see that.
I am also a staunch believer in restoring Adonai's "Church" to its original design. The five-fold ministry in place, functioning in all the gifts, and moving in the commandment to love thy neighbor as thyself. Afterall, that was the sin of Israel and why they couldn't receive the Kingdom of Elohim. I do not want to follow into the same sin of the nation that I have been grafted into through the blood the Yeshua HaMashiach.
Oh - and one more thing... the inspiration behind my Space's name change. I had "Wisdom's Daughter" up there but my husband thought it sounded arrogant. I had it up with the belief that God is wisdom and he I am his daughter. However, I did find a verse in Proverbs telling us to call Wisdom our sister, so I changed it to sister.
Observe YVHV's instructions carefully, for this will show wisdom and understanding to the nations. (see Deut. 4:6)
