Born inHaarlem, North Holland, Ten Boom was declared a member of the Righteous Among the Nations by the State ofIsrael in December 1967. She died in the United States. A dear precious servant of HaShem, may G-d rest her soul*******A PERSONAL NOTE: In the fall of 1975 my husband (Gary) and I had returned home from Tucson, Arizona where hehad played professional baseball for the Oakland A's Pacific Coast League's AAA club. Gary at the age of 28had played 10 years of pro ball and had been released at the end of that season. We had made YahShua theL-rd of our lives and we were seeking HaShem's will for our future. One afternoon we turned on our TV andsaw a program that we had never seen before, "The 700 Club" which was hosted by Pat Robertson. Pat wasinterviewing an elderly woman named, Corrie ten Boom. Within several minutes of listening to her anointedtestimony, Gary and I were in tears as we listened to her recall how HaShem had used her and her family tohide Jewish people in their home and how her faith in G-d gave her the hope and the courage to endurethe hardships of a Nazi concentration camp. *** I want to thank Corrie for sharing her life and testimony with others and for becoming a "Tramp for theL-rd" as she often described herself. She will always hold a special place in our hearts. Corrie stated, "There is no pit so deep that the Presence of God is not there with us."Robert Satloff - Arab Heroes of the HolocaustMy daughter, Michelle married a wonderful person, Dr.John who is of Lebanese background. My son, married a beautiful woman whose family is from Jordan. Both of their families are of Arabic Christian backgrounds. I can wholeheartedly state that I love these people. They are the kindest, dearest people. I have experienced such hospitality and joy whenever I have had the privilege of being with them. They celebrate with music and dancing on traditional middle eastern instruments of the tublah and the oud. Eating traditional middle eastern foods such as stuffed grapeleaves, stuffed zuchinni and eggplant, spinach pies, hummus, tabouli, couscous and lamb, etc...is a culinary delight. They have loved me and my family unconditionally. I love my dear Arabic family.I love Israel and pray for the peace of Jerusalem. I am so sorry for those who have been mistreated or hurtbecause of religious hatred. I pray for G-d's will to be done on this earth. To watch a video interview featuring Messianic Jewish believer, Curt Landry, discussing Gentiles and Jews becoming one in Messiah (54 minutes long) *** www.prophetic.tv/landry *** www.HouseofDavid.us ***
