About Me

For as long as I can remember, singing has been in my heart. I come from a musical family. My Mother, Doris, sings and writes songs as well as my two brothers, Greg and Jonathan. Greg is one of the partners at Streeterville Music Group.

I had no desire to sing publicly, but God had other plans.

I committed my life to Jesus Christ in my earlier years, but lacked discipleship. As a result, I went through several years of backsliding. That changed when I made a re-commitment to him in 1993 and the next thing I knew, I was involved in church, and singing to, and about, the Lover of my soul in front of everyone!

In 1996 I started teaching myself how to play the guitar and then the song writing started. Also around that time, we bought an old upright piano (I play by ear) that I refinished, and the songs kept coming.

From 1996 to 1999, I helped to lead worship for a local Women’s Aglow chapter, and from 1999 to 2007 I led worship in my former church.

I’ve been married to my husband, who I love dearly, for 35 years. We have two grown and married children and 5 beautiful grandchildren.

Friends... May the LORD bless you and protect you. May the LORD smile on you and be gracious to you. May the LORD show you his favor and give you his peace.
