anyone with stories to tell. the winner is the one who dies with the most stories. i admit i am particularly drawn to writers, artists, performers, visionaries, and those with at least a bit of a geeky side, but so far as i am concerned, everyone has something to tell. i'm not likely to add you if you are a band or if we've never met. however, i am likely to add you if we've met only in passing probably because i'm shy and the internet is a great tool for people like me. ;)

oddly enough, i do not consider myself to have a taste in music. i have very strongly defined tastes elsewhere, but music, no. i will say that i listen to social distortion, johnny cash, nightwish, lordi, flogging molly, random 80's music, and bad religion a lot, though.
Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind, Fight Club, Amelie, Kill Bill 1/2, The Seven Samurai, Serenity, The Big Lebowski, City of Lost Children, Children of Men, 12 Monkeys, Grindhouse, the Lord of the Rings movies... i basically love everything that comes from the brains of Terry Gilliam, Wes Andersen, Charlie Kaufman, Mizuyaki, Tarantino, The Coen brothers, David Fincher, Jean Pierre Jeanut, Kubrick, and Kurosawa. And pretty much everything that comes out of China.
Firefly, Heroes, The Office, The Colbert Report, The Daily Show, Red Dwarf, Reno 911, Buffy, Lost, Battlestar Galactica
