..2.2.8ME: Misunderstood...hahahaha! And always seeing people with my heart and not with my eyes...a believer of how actions speak louder than words. Why are people homeless? No not how they got to be homeless but why does our society not have a warm bed and a hug for every single one of them, every day and night? If I didn't SAY 'I love you' then don't think I love you. If you didn't say 'I love you' to me then I believe you don't. Kind of contradictory to what I just wrote though expressing love with words is just as meaningful as acting on it. Care for the hungry and old. I Love God and believe that there is a Heaven and a hell. I believe in Angels and have even asked God to make me one when I die. I'm not afraid of death, I have no power over that. I miss my guitar and pacify my music writing with my camera. I discovered a liking to designing long dresses that twist and turn, swirling around a beautiful lady following far behind her too. I love to dream. Went through some depression just lately and as of tonight I'm beginning to break free from all that...

Gemma's Project Business Card! Her vision had bubbles in it. I started on it last night and finished this concept early this morning. Tiny bubbles (remember that song?) were added (L side) just for you...haha. Her name will be on the card though I need her to see the whole idea first. Mine will be the same, without the bubbles, and with masculine colors.

I just made plans to go back to Cambria next Sunday night! I'll be there until the 1st of March. Just because I want to get away. And + I'll have a chance to see the spot where a photo shoot is planned, figure stuff out (mi vida) and prepare/design the layout.

Was invited by Sam to do a shoot with her. She's also a photographer too! She has a Lil Darlin's and beach pin up project going on. This is def out of my comfort zone, so yeah there's gonna be a bunch of male and female mods. Can't wait to see what happens!! Plus Gemma will be there too!!!

At Cambria today, cut my time short in San Fran, did 2 seminars for my pillow biz on Thursday then drove back to Cambria again the same night. Last night while at the beach I had another vision for another dress design which will def have to be done. And shot at the same place where I was inspired.

My Interests

Sophia is the long and winding gown from Gemma's waist down to her toes. Yet there's more to her than meets the eye. Sophia is my first fashion design project and yet she is still not finished being the dark girl I dream about. A future shoot now scheduled will reveal the secret both her and Gemma share when worn together.

I never use any type of photo shop to enhance or perfect the color and texture of the mods SKIN. I don't even know how to and I don't care to learn. I personally like to see a few bumps and bruises that make her REAL, I think they look sexier that way.

mod 4: Gemma
Corset: 'Peppermint Patty' She's made with coconut flakes and a little bit of vanilla frosting. Red lines are from red vine candy. Other candy to complete Patty are mentos, red hots, and one long peppermint stick right in the middle! On the bottom are marshmellow stars with strawberry sour swirlies on top. It took 8hrs per side to complete Peppermint Patty. Gemma here reminds me of a young Drew Barrymore.

Cambria!!! What in the world was God thinking when he created this part of the world? Seriously? I believe he knew it would be one of my most favorite places in the whole wide world! God knew that I would need a perfect place to sleep n dream at. And God really made the beach and sunsets there to make me feel close to him. And those tall and grassy fields that run along narrow sandy roads is as magical and romantic as they come. There really is a gentle sea breeze to calm you down and waves of low flowing clouds to take you away, as close up as you can get to heaven! And to think that a photo shoot with Gemma and Sophia is just around the corner here makes me want to dream all over again!

mod 2: Markee
Corset: 'Licorice Lilly' She's made with black peppermint mints and black licorice wheels. Other candy touches include black, white, and lavender coloered jelly bellies. White jelly beans for buttons and a spiked candy corn choker to accessorize our Halloween theme shoot. There seems to be an Art Deco flavor to it, like a stage curtain from the 20s/40s! It took 8hrs to complete just the breast part. And another 6hrs to make Licorice Lilly complete.

mod 3: Ashley
'Hot Bod'
This dress, on the front side, is covered in red, yellow, and orange jelly bellies. I counted somewheres about 400 jb's in all yet to complete the candy hot bod/rod flames each jellie bellie had to be split into 3 parts (2 ends and 1 center), extremely time consuming! So the end result is 800 jellie bellies for the full hot bod flame effect. Why Hot Bod and not Hot Rod? Because I wanted Ashley to be that retro, curvy, and fast car 'with a big trunk'(#16 because it's a sweet number) that every guy would want to ride!

Designing Sara's (mod.03) outfit has been so easy yet I find so little time lately to get it finished. I'm determined to have her candy outfit photo shoot done before the month ends. Yikes there's so much more to do.

Scheduled a meeting with a potential mod who is also a professional make up artist. She's truly interested in modeling for me and I'll have to keep this one a secret, for now anyways.
I have an interview to be a wedding photographer's asistant later this month. Wish me luck!
