Supporting my husband's music career and his current project Cavernous Groove. It's been great! I enjoyed promoting their efforts for a short time.
Watching our two boys blossom into mini-musicians. Seeing our girls grow up to be beautiful caring young ladies with talents of their own. Attending our church and giving a shout out to the Lord! Barbecues and an ice-cold one on a Saturday afternoon..what could be better than that?..

We love a lot of the local music because we are part of that community. We try to catch local shows whenever we can. Otherwise, lots of prog, alt-country, metal, jazz, some pop...we don't limit ourselves to any particular genre. The effort shows ...the borrowing goes on to create something new for the future.
Here are a few in no particular order: Rush, Dream Theater, Paul Rogers, Yes, Wallflowers, , KISS, Queensryche, Stevie Ray Vaughn, Brad Paisley, Led Zeppelin, Martina McBride, Brooks and Dunn, Smashing Pumpkins, Alice In Chains, DR. Grind, Cavernous Groove, Lenny Kravitz, Collective Soul, Cheap Trick, UFO, Grand Funk Railroad, Los Lonely Boys, Soundgarden, Audioslave, Sweet, Old Metal.....the list is endless...

The Old and New Testament River God, The Seventh Scroll, Lonesome Dove, Streets Of Laredo, Nicholas Sparks Novels, John Grisham, anything by Gary Larson, The Stand, The Green Mile, Ancient Civilizations,(If we can't learn from our history, we are doomed to repeat it) if I can't put it down and it causes me to re-read again, it's worthy.
