I always have a hard time writing these things, maybe I am too simple, maybe too complicated. I do enjoy the simple things however. Life has a lot too offer, this world has a lot to offer, but we don't really need any of it, because we have always had it. I am a firm believer that you will never find truth or happiness outside of your own self. I love meeting people, I love learning about different cultures and different ways of life. I live in America, something I am not the most proud of, but you have good and bad everywhere. I think one of the downfalls of America, which is slowly seeping into other cultures, is materialism and vanity. We come into this world with nothing and we leave with nothing, why spend your whole life trying to obtain "things"? Happiness cannot be purchased. I value the time I can spend with genuine people. I enjoy real conversation, if I talk to you, I want to know who you are, and what life means to you. Life is too precious to hate others or yourself. I would love to meet and talk to anyone who is still curious about life, anyone who calls themselves a child at heart. I have a deep appreciation of ancient Chinese culture. Maybe I was a Chinese monk in a past life or something, who knows. Ni Hao! I live a pretty simple life, I am a senior in art school pursuing a degree in industrial design. I enjoy nature and serenity. I would have loved to live on this earth 1000 years ago when it was clean. I am very active with Falun Dafa, especially with trying to help expose the persecution in China. Every day is a new opportunity to better myself and become a more pure person. There is some pretty horrible stuff happening in mainland China, millions of Falun Dafa practitioners are being brutally persecuted. Thousands have already died at the hands of the Chinese Communist Party (CCP). Those who survive the detention camps have brought their stories to the public; stories of horrifying torture, physical and mental abuse, and worst of all, live organ harvesting.The CCP is actually making a profit from taking the organs from live practitioners and selling them to hospitals for transplant patients. After the bodies are harvested of all useful organs the bodies are then burned to rid of any evidence. And quite often they even try to get the families of the victims to pay for the cremation fees and the fees for staying in the detention camps.One of the most devastating facts about the situation is that the people of China do not even know what is going on. Because the CCP has such a control over every aspect of China, including the media, they have lied to their people, calling Falun Dafa an "evil cult". Anyone can read the basic principles and see how absurd that accusation is. Because we have freedom of speech and press in our countries, it is our duty to expose one of the most evil persecutions in history. The world needs to know what is happening in China right now. Millions have lost everything that they own and are being imprisoned in forced labor and detention camps and are being tortured for endless hours. It is time for us to speak out for human rights.
