About Me

out of new jersey's most chemically corporation, eskimo-esque rears its many faceted head. one of its heads is me. i'm nim. I play the drums for a band called THE MEAN. it's filled with guys that have played with THE ROOTS, JILL SCOTT, SANTOGOLD and other Philadelphia soul/hip-hop acts. when i'm not doing those things, i'm making little remixes and other things...i also do art and graphic design. see here, why don't you? www.nimbenreuven.com. yay social networking!!!anyway, the songs you hear are collaborations i've done with very special people. "october" is a remix i did for a good friend Calendarsongs, who is doing very groundbreaking work with getting people involved in music. her album just came out with my remix of october as its opener! please go to her website to find more information: www.calendarsongs.com."whatever you want" is a remix i did for a beautiful little band from sweden called Club 8. they just hit the world with a new album so please give them a listen. i'm lucky they let me play around with their music."tangerine" is a little experiment with another swedish band, First Aid Kit. you will be hearing much more from them soon, as they are doing incredible things...oh, hey thanks for reading all this. you win!Span style="text-align:center;position:absolute; background-repeat:no-repeat; height:32px; width:100%;left:0px;top:200px; background-image:url(http://www.strikefile.com/images/editor .gif); background-position:center center;
