RobiE Biography.
Well, here is a short story about RobiE, Robert Egra as is his real name. On January 31st 1984 he was born in a small town called Farsund in Norway. Not the greatest music city in the world, but there was no doubt where his path for life lied. RobiE realised very early on that music was his place in life. At five years old he found a broken, worn out guitar with only two old rusty strings left, lying around his childhood home, he just had to play it! He jammed around on the sofa, wearing a full cowboy costume, to a videotape of the legendary Johnny Cash.
Despite this early start, it has only been in these past few years when his personal music career started. He began to sing and develop as a professional musician at an incredible pace.
RobiE believes that music should have meaning so he observes daily happenings around him and writes songs building on these observations in the hope that they will hit home for many people. So he aims to use his own true emotions to write songs so that anyone can relate to them, he wants his music to help people through their bad times.
Finally, RobiE trusts that being distinctive is the key to success and so he feels privileged to be told he has something special, something extraordinary, something different! So look out for his new album that is planned for release within the next year, or 2008.
