About Me

How do we go about getting a fleet of pedalos down at the Shore? What can I put in my next soup? Will my next job come along before I finish whatever I'm enjoying most right now? Is this the year I snowboard? Is it best to use the electric hand drier or the paper towels?
The moosmouse is a positive critic but the elkanary will shit on your ideas if he doesn't like them. It's tough and they're changable but they provide valuable counsel.
My friends call me Paul or Lambie. At work I'm Paul Props or Mr Lambie or sometimes they just shout PROPS! I'm in the credits as standby props. I wear a lot of hats.
At home my wife calls me all kinds of names. She makes them up on the spot and her imagination is huge. They're always funny.
My neighbour is singing.
You can buy my Leith tshirts in Flux on Bernard Street, Godiva Boutique in the Grassmarket and Odd Ball Mall on Gilmore Place and online. It's worth going into the shops even if you prefer a shirt or blouse. They're great shops. Odd Ball Mall has shit hot trainers just now.
Sometimes my mother in law reads this. If you have to swear make it valid. Or funny.
That's me and my wife.

My Interests

Graphic design, food, fiction, book shops, wakeboarding, films and the making of, music videos and adverts, tshirts, sci-fi, old toys, recycling and reusing. Repeating patterns, old wallpaper, animals with antlers that don't normally have antlers.
Elkanary..........

I'd like to meet:

Supporters of the Pedalos at The Shore Campaign. People that love Edinburgh. Leith's my favourite bit but it needn't be yours. My cousin Ian. Ross Hammond. Anyone that's been to La Roche Rumba. I've never been to La Roche Rumba but I think about it often. The person that nicked Bam(brianstorm)potto's tshirt.

My Blog

Stone of Destiny

I'm in a white cube making cigarette boxes. I got up a little while a go to make (microwave) soup and realised I'd not moved my legs for well over an hour. I ended up doing a Thriller like dance acros...

Actually using bodies of public water ( I don't mean public water as in the public's water. I don't mean piss although I suppose there's some crossover.) I mean local ponds and waterways and such like...

T.C.F.A.P.F.I.T.W.O.L.

I'm no fan of straw boaters but I sometimes feel I missed out on the excitement of a life at sea. I'm a land lubber that dreams of the open waves. That said I'm often unsettled by the goopy muck that ...

Explain Myself Badly

I had an old man trying to tell me that the snow came up to "here" (present day arm pits) when he was a lad. Tried pointing out to him that the "here" he was indicating didn't exist when he was a lad....

Mud Legs

Ahhhhh. I'm back on the couch in my warm flat. Two weeks of hard graft in the wind and rain and mud of Dumfries. Saturday night we shot pretty much one scene (usually between 3 and 7). A big battle be...

Victory over Soup

Ha! I made quite boring onion soup. It was actually half way to being French onion soup but it's way to cold to go back to the shops and I forgot the Gruyere. We had some Stilton in the fridge so we l...
