MySpace EditorMerleen is a North London based singer/songwriter, who has worked with producers from all genres of music, including jungle, house, reggae and r'n'b and hip-hop.Her most well-known track was in 1995 - a collaboration with legendary Chicago House producer, Marshall Jefferson and CentreStage Records. A floor filler, entitled 'These Emotions' which made its way stateside into the New York clubs. Part of this track went on to be sampled onto an underground garage tune which today is still being played by old skool garage DJ's. Merleen had a long run of being a featured artist on many jungle/drum & bass tracks, which appeared on the Junglism and Jungle Fever LPs.Merleen has a wide range with a high octave and her voice has matured into the softest velvet tones. She wants to collaborate with the talented producers/artists, as a featured/session vocalist.
