Hailing from the Queen City, otherwise known as Buffalo, New York,Chae Hawk has been exceedingly active when it comes to his art form. Starting out as a front man in a band at the age of 16, Chamus Hawk (chae), knew music was going to play a strong role in his existence. Drawing from a broad spectrum of influences such as hardcore, punk rock and hip-hop, he was set on making his own steps as a solo artist, shortly after his band’s creative juices surged in different directions. Teaming up with producer Ill Tone, Chae Hawk has been creating ground-breaking music to his avail record after record. While promoting his own shows at local venues and creating professionally pressed discs, Chae Hawk's artistic intent is to make music that is true to his own life experiences as a young adult.Incorporating the unique raw reality of his youth by growing up as a minority in a predominantly white Jewish suburb plays a big part when it comes to not only the sound of Chae Hawk’s music, but also his appreciation of all music. His surroundings played an important role for his character, only helping him to grow as an open minded, authentic individual. Chae’s main introduction to a variety of music came from his best friend since kindergarten, turning him on to sounds that a young black boy commonly wouldn’t listen to. While in their junior year of school, Chae's best boy, B. Boyd tragically took his own life. This left the artist with one memorable conversation, which led to a promise and last wish Noble Truth has followed to this day. The promise being to never put an end to the creation of his music. Staying true to his word, Chae guts it out over gritty urbanesque beats, while dropping lyrical lines which move over multiplicities of music.Now at the age of 23, Chae Hawk draws motivation from indie rock for the positive push it portrays, as well as its rock solid foundation. Extremely motivated and determined, not to be categorized or pigeon holed to a certain group of listeners, Noble continues to hone his craft of not only performing, but also writing. Through years of intense study, he has developed his own formula for a post progressive hip-hop style that boasts more substance than swagger. His music, like his life, represents an authentic honest display of harsh realities, accompanied by tender moments of meaning. Always eager to perform, when the Chae Hawk is seen in a live setting, the phenom of the entertainer soon becomes self evident, as he puts his heart and soul into unparalleled performances, leaving the audience awestruck.
