The long story about me:
I am that I am. I never really enjoyed putting any information into these little boxes, because i felt that it would always be too confining of a view of who you are and what you represent. Then i realized that leaving the box blank or mysterious didn't really do much better...
I guess you could say that i'm probably too laid back for my own good. I try to let life happen around me rather than trying to take so much control over everything. Learning how to take things as they come has been one of the most monumental changes i've made in my life. it's interesting how things work out when you take a step back and look at the bigger picture. Nothing happens by chance, and I don't believe in coincidence.
I'm trying to simplify my life in a lot of apects. I believe that stress is a choice you make to become overwhelmed by the events in your life, and drama is also something you choose to either get rid of, or let fester. I guess it's all about choice and perspective.
I'm not trying to gain lots of stuff or clutter. i'm just trying to get rid of everything i don't need and simplify; and focus on the things that are important to me. Family, friends, music, quality things like that. I believe in love, but not the love you see on tv, which tends to be unrealistic and full of expectations. Love is about so much more than the happy endings. It's also a spark that you have with another person that says you're willing to fight with them untill the end of time, and love every minute of it, if that's what it takes to be together. The bumps come and the bumps go, that is for certain, but the love stays the same. i'll take someone who understands that principle.
I'm a firm believer in defining your own rules and thinking for yourself. Why follow along if you don't have to?
