Eric's got (4) more new songs down and is set to record them soon! "I am looking forward to hearing what these tunes sound like with all the music put in; not just me and the guitar ya' know?" Eric is also giving serious concideration to moving back to Nashville. "I love it there! Pretty much everyone I know who's been there loves it too!" One of the new tracks entitled "You'll Be Over Me" is already hitting home with the select few who have heard it. The (2) two songs that were just recorded, "Angel Fly" & "Wow," are also very favorable among audiences. "I guess all you can do is write the best song you can, from the worst or best of your life, then hope like hell that you've created something people can connect to." ..ep


Eric is a (27) twenty-seven year old from Orlando, Fl. He has been singing since the very early age of 7 but, did not pick up the guitar till some time later in life, (age 14). He has played live shows from Nashville to Sacramento, Ca. All over the United States since the age of (17) seven-teen.
As well as opening for such great artists as: Keith Urban, Rascal Flatts, Chris Cagle, Chad Brock, Sons of the Desert, Daryle Singletary, Rhett Akins, & Joe Nichols; Eric has recieved some attention winning for Orlando's "Nashville Star" and going on to place top 12 nationally!It has been under MUCH debate here lately, so for those of you that have been e-mailing your questions in: No, Eric has never had any type of musical training; vocal, guitar, or otherwise. Keep sending in your comments & questions. We try to get to them all, but due to the sheer number of things currently ongoing, Eric is very busy. Authentic. Unguarded. Undeniable. Eric Parsons has fought the devil, he’s played truth or dare with the dark angels of addiction. For a while he was known only by a number, not a name. He’s been walking through the valley and felt the Shadow breathing down his neck. He won’t talk about such things though. The only time you might hear him telling his story is if you’re listening; listening to one of his songs that is. And mabey, discovering your own story somewhere in-between the crooked lines of life he sings about. Beware you might get hooked... I did, more than once.


The songsmith/troubadour definitely has a talent for baiting the listener with storyline and melody. Then he’ll snag you right out of the water with a line that’ll have your foot tapping, head shaking, or heart breaking. Eric Parsons may only be twenty seven years old, but his artistry is mature beyond his years.

With few exceptions, most young country crooners today are given a pain or train song, sing in perfect pitch, but leave the listener almost persuaded. Not their fault however. They simply can’t capture the essence and angst of what they’ve never known. Parsons can. He’s walked the walk a top a thin line many times.


The sweet, soulful twang in his voice came from Heaven above. While the salt and bittersweet truth of some of his music/lyrics came from places further below. Mark Twain spoke sage advice when he said, “Get your facts first”. Eric must have been listening. Your turn! Sample the Mp3 files here on this site.
