BIOGRAPHY
Hi, I'm Courtney! I'm originally from Apopka, Florida, which is 30 minutes north of downtown Orlando. I moved to Nashville with my family in May 2001 in support of my sister Whitney's music career. Though I miss my family and friends, and of course places like Disney and Daytona Beach, I love living in Tennessee! I have a close circle of friends who are like family to me, and I've met the love of my life, Tyler Brown. Tyler is the most AMAZING guy I've ever known. We have so much fun when we are together, and he makes me feel like a princess. I love him with all of my heart!
I'm a dance student and a member of the Rose Company Dancers at 'Dance In Bloom' where I'm enrolled in Ballet, Pointe, Tap, Hip Hop, Modern and Jazz. I'm passionate about dance. I also teach ballet to 2 year old little girls, and it's the best job ever! I love them so much! They are so sweet, lovable and adorable!
I like to have fun and get a little crazy at times, and I love acting and comedy. My sister and I have always enjoyed writing our own skits. We love creating characters to act out, being creative with costumes, hair and makeup, and then filming ourselves. We've recorded several skits that we play for our friends, and watching them cry with laughter is the best feeling ever! We love to make people laugh! Most are surprised to find that we possess this hilarious comedy side to our personalities.
I have an entrepreneurial mindset and wish to accomplish many things within the next 5 years. I plan to attend cosmetology school in the fall while continuing with dance. I love working with hair and makeup and want to do this on a professional level. Once I'm a licensed cosmetologist I have a position at my favorite hair salon, Altra Salon, with my friends, Alicia, Tracy and Garrick.
I also plan to start a homebased business by the end of the year. I want to learn all that I can so I that I may be self sufficient and financially independent. I want to have control over my life and be able to do the things that I want to do.

My sister and I were recently in the independent SAG short film FINGERS. We were discovered through myspace by a young film director/producer (Danny Mooney) from the University of Michigan, and invited to be a part of the project. The movie was filmed in Nashville. The lead role is played by Ben Daniels, son of actor Jeff Daniels who plays opposite of Jim Carrey in 'Dumb and Dumber.' FINGERS is currently making the rounds and being judged as a part of the International Film Festival circuit. It is winning awards and bringing recognition to the talent and the film producers.
