I 'm an old guy rock n roller..I work at a local electrical contractor .. I play bass guitar in a rockn' band(ROCKBOTTOM),we play in the Charlotte NC area and do classic rawk covers along with some originals,we can "sometimes" be seen at the CBA (Concearned Bikers Association) spring and fall Swap Meet at the Metrolina Expo and also at Rick Nails June and October Jam in Rowan County.You can check our website at
[email protected] to look at our schedule, I do some bluegrass with the"Moonshine Racers" and play with Greg Brangle,Russ Bedenbaugh, and the ever loving and tallented Hooter on ocassion ,I somtimes gig with Jon Durham on occasion,I have long gray hair (kinda like gandolf)I,ve also been likened to Santa Claws, Jerry Garcia and Arlo Guthrie,Been married 26 years (what a woman!!)my youngest kid plays bass,drums ,guitar,uke,and woodwinds, kids in a punk rock band which he lets me play in sometimes called THREE MINDLESS SINGALONGS ( thats my boy!!) ( my bad kid is smarter than your good kid!!)also have a 25 yr old who is a talented anime artist.I am former punk rocker ,had a band called "no rock stars" and was reputed to be NC's first hardcore punk band.We opened for Black Flag and The Bad Brains during our breif reign of terror. (the 80's were wild in the streets!) i've played around Charlotte, Gaston county and all over the east coast..for many years with some of my closest friends such as ...David Childers(gutwrench,The Mount Holly Hellcats),Mike Hendrix (no rock stars,Powerglides,The River Rats),Skins and the Strube brothers,Chris Cook (zekes wheel) chipps baker(powerglides,river rats),and have played with countless others in my journey... special thanks to all Neal MF Harper,Philip,3MS,Ty,billy flowers,andy the door bum,painthead,fudd,tommy rape',cito,mary fagan,tommy ballenger,kennon knight,russ bedenbaugh,BLR,scott braswell,wayne,Don & laurie koster,dave rhames,eric lovell,gigi,rob childers,steve burnsides,mike bailey,steve perkins,quincy,mike peeler,tammy brackett,robin and tony rogers,marty cofield,marty faulkner,ricky gentry,Jon Durham,Teresa Halfacre,Tracy Baby,Bill/BJ Miller,and many ,many more who i have failed to mention but love all the same..mostly my esposa bonito!!
