who are these random myspace people??? some of them are obviously myspace whores. go away myspace whores, i have no interest in paying for less than what i have always obtained for no money (other than dinner and the like). some are bands. ok, i'm open-minded. i'll listen to a song. i have discovered some of my favorite bands in the most unexpected of places (i.e., dan bern at an ani difranco show, will hoge at an oar show, VACO at a free show...). but who are these other people??? some of them don't seem to be whores. i've been told that you shouldn't click on some of them because they may have a way to steal your info. ...i dunno about that, whatever... but don't you think that the random people, and even the whores, would benefit from sending a message along with their solicitations?? even copying and pasting 'i'm a whore, come give me your money to watch my chubby ass dance in my bedroom' would probably get a better response. the bands could even benefit from this. maybe even let me know what portion of my web page lead them to believe i might like their music. i mean, come on, sell yourself! why am i interested? why am i interested in your music, why am i intersted in your friendship, and why am i interested in your titties when i see plenty of others for free???just leave a damned message, people!thanks.

In no particular order: All the Wes Anderson/Wilson Brother movies, nearly all the Coen brother movies (especially Lebowski), Paul Thomas Anderson movies (Punch Drunk Love in particular), Anchorman, Old School, Wayne's World, Kevin Smith's movies, Memento, Dazed and Confused, High Fidelity, and so many more that it would be a huge waste of time to write them all out.
