Myspace Profile Tracker World Visitor MapHey Everybody, I thought it was about time I added a few updates to my profile as it was getting a little bit out of date and it is 2007 already, lol, Hope you are all having a good New Year, its certainly taking off well for me so far so good, with a new Residency at FEDERATION, Manchester and Leeds and a monthly LOVEZOO @ FACES in Nottingham and there are quite a few other little gems to be added to my already very busy weekly line up, there just ar'nt enough DJ days in the week, lol. So if you are out and about in Nottingham Wednesdays you can find me Hosting the DJ session at NG1 10-3am, Fridays @ The Newmarket Bar 8-12am, Saturdays for starters @ The Newmarket Bar, 8-12am main course, Lovezoo, Candyland, Federation or Salvation, 1-3am, depending on which saturday of the month we are and 4 afters every Saturday The late late lounge @ NG1 4-6am. Hope to catch up with you sometime soon.........

Im known to be a bit of a nutter after dark especially when i have a pair of 1210's or CDJ's in front of me so its a real good job its always lunch time when I get to meet the public :)) I have a passion for anything funky especially uplifting vocal HOUSE music and dirty funky vibes, I just love it: : : : : : Micky Lloyd, The story so far : : : : :Back in the mid nineties as the club scene exploded, Micky acquired himself a pair of decks and started to explore his passion for music. Within a year he had landed his first break with a residency at Libertys, Stoke on Trent, which was to be his mixing haven for 18 months.With a taste for the dance scene he started promoting his own nights back in Nottingham covering a spectrum of genres over the years.In 1996 he decided to open a weekly club night called CANDYLAND for people of all persuasions to party hard into the early hours. The club night proved to be so successful its still going strong today, twelve years on. From running at Club 22 / Deluxe Nightclub, The Mill, The Lost weekend and to its reasonably new home at NG1. He decided to do the honerable thing and launch a late night after club venue initially held at The Ice Bar in Nottingham which was called Sunday MASS and launched in the year 2000Following its success he moved premises re-packaging the night and launched
Nottinghams New Late Club STARLIGHT which landed at Bar None in 2002.This stylish late club opened with a storm and was held every Friday and Saturday nights from 3am till 7am. TWIGHLIGHT Fridays combined everyones favourite underground after parties from the likes of DIY, Kinky Movement, Smokescreen and Maison detre, playing quality deep funky house music.
