Nowadays, this interest is still maintaining in a very big part of the lives of Nils van Lingen and Yuri van Vlijmen., which was shown to the outside world in the form of an album for example. An album that was released at march 2004 on enzyme records, Nils (DJ Emission) and Yuri (DJ In-Q-BaToR) began following their path to industrial music productivity at high school… slowly they began realising that they shared the same interest and started drawing a route to fore fill their needs in the near future. Those needs were spinning and making music or ,“enjoying music at highest rate” if you will. It took some time after that before something was realised but they never stopped putting effort in their dreams, the result stands for itself. Mindustries stands for rhythm , atmosphere and room for experiment. Trying to bring out the inspiration out of the darkest places in the mind, it wants to show the world other meanings of the word ‘dark’. Therefore… Mindustries : “the mind of the industry and the industry of the mind” The Mindustries DJ sets are to be called quite uncommon for some people but nevertheless it always has a dark label. The sound is usually not to be reckoned as one particular style but there are a variety of factors that determines which path they want to follow on that time.
