Far Beyond Driven's currently in studio recording their long awaited debut release "Reflections of Humanity". The album is going to feature 9 of the bands most brutal songs and is expected to release mid 2007. "We've been playing these songs live now for close on a year, and now we get to rediscover them on a musical level while recording", says bassist Willie Prins, in an on-line forum. The album promises to capture the essence and energy of the band's live show, and for any one that was at Woodstock 8, you would have seen the chaos first hand.

"We're going for a raw sound, not looking for the over produced, layered sound. It's got to sound like the band's in the room with you" says guitarist David Callaghan on a TuksFM interview, airing on the 25th of March around 6pm.

Although it being the bands first release, one can still expect awesome musicianship from this highly skilled and experienced band. "Reflections of Humanity" is going to be aggressive, driven and the bands way of saying "We're here, and we're here to stay." Touching on political and social issues as well as personal battles with life, death and everything in between; the idea is for everyone to be able to relate to at least one, if not all, of the songs.

In an industry that has been complicated by genres and sub-genres, people seem to have forgotten an important factor, the music. Far Beyond Driven is an aggressive metal band with a mixture of influences. Melodic, yet brutal guitar riffs, backed by a hard-hitting rhythm section and rounded off with powerful vocals, Far Beyond Driven will have your necks in braces before you can chant the name.

History is history, water under the bridge. Far Beyond Driven is a collection of musicians who have grown from their experiences and now have a new goal; play till it bleeds, for us, for you and for everyone that has the courage to stand against the current.
