Oh, or bore us...

Fnord is No Longer a Planet.

About Me

Sometimes, I like to draw:It appears as though I might be a domesticated ape drifting through social circles and shuffling someone else's papers for a paycheck, bio-survival tickets it seems, to support my gorgeous, amazing family. I spend a lot of my life sleeping, eating, and all that eating entails in the end so to speak... I also seem to spend an inordinate amount of time traveling from one location to another, and sometimes I just wonder what the hell our ancestors have been doing with this planet for the last 10,000 years... Why all the fussin' and fightin'? And where are all the flying cars? I was promised robot butlers and a flying car. At least we got magic boxes with the interweb on them... Here's some more pictures...

My Interests

I like good stuff. Bad stuff is bad. I don't like it. Only good stuff. Like, why can't I put that I went to The Invisible College in Seattle, WA for my School? I did. I swear it! Maybe it's not there anymore. At least not the way I remember it. Kinda like the Chapel Perilous in SoCal...

I'd like to meet:

freaks, rejects, weirdos, nutjobs, dweebs, wizard chess players, &c.

Music:

Classic rock, Classical, Punk, Funk, Hip-Hop, Hippie, T o o l, Bad Religion, Fugazi, Black Sabbath, Meat Puppets, Ministry, NOFX, Your Mom, Oingo Boingo, Throbbing Gristle, Psychic TV, DEVO, They Might Be Giants (and what are we gonna do if they are!?!), Thievery Corp., Gogol Bordello, Faith No More, Mr. Bungle, Secret Chiefs 3, MegaDeath, The Fuxtix, Shitty Ballz, The Itchy Cooters, Rage Against the Ultimate Driving Machines of Loving Grace, Chopin, Public Enemy, like maybe two Propaghandi songs, Dead Kennedys, Men at Work, and that other Australian band... what's their name again? uh... Fuck. I'll remember it later. (Midnight Oil) Also, Tool. Oh yeah, I just saw The Scurvy Pirates, UncleMonsterFace, and Harry & the Potters. All good. Not bad. Bad is bad, ya know?

Movies:

Brazil and The Adventures of Baron Von Munchausen are perhaps the two greatest movies ever made. What else? Fight Club, Matrix 1, Harold & Maude, Willy Wonka (original AND the new one, Apocalypse Now, Full Metal Jacket, 2001, Jacob's Ladder, The Fisher King, Eyes Wide Shut, or should I just say almost anything by Gilliam and/or Kubrick, although the Brothers Grimm was kind of a letdown... Pirates de la Carib? Bien! Syriana was good too. I saw that recently... er... um... what else? Wet Hot American Summer. Oh, fuck my cock. I can't remember any more.

Television:

The Mindscape of Alan Moore

Add to My Profile | More VideosVery little holds my interest on the little tube. YouTube is coo. DIY. Although my wife has got me watching the Gilmore Girls, America's Next Top Model and Project Runway. We like all the catty bitchin'. Occasionally, we'll watch an episode of Wife Swap or that other one that's exactly the same with a different name, but only if there's either Margerite Perrin or a Pirate family featured. I like Pirates. They were the cradle of democracy!

Books:

How about authors instead, eh? I like Hesse, RAWilson, some Steinbeck when I was younger, Hakim Bey & PLWilson when I was older, Invisbles, Promethea, V for Vendetta. Also: Don Quick Oats by that Serve Antees dude (the second half really IS better...) Willy ShakeAsspears is good too. (Were they the same guy, or is that a lotta Bacon fryin' in a crackpot's pan?) That one about dreaming in the middle of the summer is right on, yo! People tell me I ought to read the Tempest too... I love books. Books are the best. Huzzah for Boooks! Speaking of Williams: Gibson and Burroughs rule. Also, Joyce, Orwell, and Huxley rock my universe. And let's not forget Messrs. Tolstoy, Dostoyevsky, Chomsky, and the Tzu's (Lao and Chuang), Vonnegut, Rowling, Jung, Joe Campbell and Ed Emberly too. Oh, poetry... Bukowski, Julie Baldock, Antler, Walt Whitman (before the Mall happened, sorry Unca Walt), and TS Elliot. I've been reading Albert Camus lately.

Heroes:

Lao Tzu, Buddha, Jesus, Maynard & Pals, Adam Kadmon, Neitszche, Tim Leary, RAWilson, Joseph Campbell, Will Eisner, Harvey Kurtzman, Jack Kirby, R.Crumb, Osama Tezuka, Scott McCloud, Jaques de Molay, &c.
