Hi there, we are the SISTERS OF PLEASURE from Delft (okay, we also come from suburban residences such as Delfgauw, Rotterdam and the Hague).

Anyway, we have been busy for quite a number of years by now, and we have tried to find our own sound. The thing is, we basically like every kind of music, so it took some time to integrate everything into our own songs. Recently, we have been recording a new demo and we think that its songs come pretty close to the ultimate SISTERS OF PLEASURE sound.
That ultimate S.o.P sound can be described as alto-rock with a neo-newwave guitarsound and a blend of retro-classic pop. Yes, a philosopher would call us post-modern!
Granted, we got some help, in fact, lots of it. Especially from Bart van Veen (Anouk), Chris (Hollands Spoor Studio) and Satin (Relax). And for sure, those guys know something about making a great song!

Besides playing our own songs, we have been involved in organizing the yearly FUTPOP festival in Delft. This festival provides a stage for bands to play their own stuff. Some of the bands featured on our friends pages have been playing there.
