""For since the creation of the world God's invisible qualities—his eternal power and divine nature—have been clearly seen, being understood from what has been made, so that men are without excuse." Romans 1:20
TheIndian in Me is...An elder Cherokee Native American was teaching his grandchildren about life. He said to them, "A fight is going on inside me... It is a terrible fight and it is between two wolves. One wolf represents fear, anger, envy sorrow, regret, greed, arrogance, self-pity, guilt, resentment, inferiority, lies, pride, and superiority. The other wolf stands for joy, peace, love, hope, sharing, serenity, humility, knindness, benevolence, friendship, empathy, generosity, Truth, compassion and Faith. The same fight is going on inside of you and every other person too." They thought about it for a minute and then one child asked his grandfather, "Which wolf will win?" The old Cherokee simply replied... "The one I feed."
Hmmm... I don't really have an interest in "meeting" (as in face to face) any particular people in the world, past or present. I know that the famous are never who they "appear" to be... The kind of people whom I am attracted to making friends with are "genuine" people. People who don't "hide" behind stuff, their anger or self-importance or their perceived injustices in life, behind the videos and rants of other peoples voices, behind the studies of others... I greatly dislike plagerism, and people with "mob mentality". (It seemed I had to also say something about who I don't care to meet as well). I would love to meet people who are original, and creative people who understand that happiness and success in life, and good relationships are something that they must culture in their own hearts and minds. Happiness and kindness are a choice. These weren't handed to me, but I heard God at a young age tell me that happiness, love, anger, resentment, is cultured in the minds of individuals. I had to choose to LOVE and choose to be happy within myself, and find the strength to cope at any given moment with the hard realities in life... It all depends on how you construct your thoughts. *Some one I DO want to meet... my future grandchildren(?)-- someday?
1 Corinthians 15:50-58
I declare to you, brothers, that flesh and blood cannot inherit the kingdom of God, nor does the perishable inherit the imperishable. Listen, I tell you a mystery:
We will not all sleep, but we will all be changed —in a flash, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trumpet. For the trumpet will sound, the dead will be raised imperishable, and we will be changed.
For the perishable must clothe itself with the imperishable, and the mortal with immortality. When the perishable has been clothed with the imperishable, and the mortal with immortality, then the saying that is written will come true:
"Death has been swallowed up in victory
"Where, O death, is your victory?
Where, O death, is your sting?" The sting of death is sin, and the power of sin is the law. But thanks be to God! He gives us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ.
Therefore, my dear brothers, stand firm. Let nothing move you. Always give yourselves fully to the work of the Lord, because you know that your labor in the Lord is not in vain.
The illiterate of the 21st century will not be those who cannot read and write, but those who cannot learn, unlearn, and relearn.

Titus 3: 5-7 ...he saved us, not because of righteous things we had done, but because of his mercy. He saved us through the washing of rebirth and renewal by the Holy Spirit, whom he poured out on us generously through Jesus Christ our Savior, so that, having been justified by his grace, we might become heirs having the hope of eternal life.
