Both a music producer and a poet, Robert Bates will be one of the most intelligent musicians to have broken into the music industry within the last decade. New to the game and only 18 years of age, Rob Bates recently started making beats from the luxuries of his home located on the Southside of Chicago where he was born and raised. His beats have caught the attention of many throughout the Chicago land area, including several recording labels. He attends one of the most prestigious high schools in the city of Chicago. Throughout his entire life he has faced many struggles, the most recent being his successful battle against Osteosarcoma (cancer) this past year. With a strong mind and an open heart Rob Bates continues to live his life to the fullest without any regrets.
Although it is not known as to whether or not he will continue to make music, he will continue to partake in writing lyrics as he collaborates with other up and coming artists. To this very day, he still has hopes of a prosperous future career as a major producer. All beats/musical productions are original creations that reflect Rob's preference and style of music. He is a versatile musician, as well as a young businessman (entrepreneur). Rob is still looking for other musicians or lyricists who might be interested and willing to work with him.
