About Me



Light Aircraft on Fire is a lo-fi music project that draws influence from several genres - in particular, psychedelic pop, alternative-folk, indie-pop and the avant-garde. Major influences include Bob Dylan, Donovan, Gruff Rhys, Super Furry Animals, The Incredible String Band, Tyrannosaurus Rex, Neutral Milk Hotel, The Olivia Tremor Control, early Van Morrison, The Flaming Lips, Kraftwerk, The Brian Jonestown Massacre, Syd Barrett, Graham Coxon, Thom Yorke, Luke Haines, The Smiths, and plenty of other good stuff.
