How can i some myself up in this little box? My life began in Owensboro, Kentucky on June 9, 1963. I moved to Miramar, Florida when i was very young. When i was twelve, i started playing guitar which became a big obsession with me. I decided to drop out of school at age 16 to concentrate on a music career. Not that im telling you guys to drop out of school! I played guitar for a group called The Kids (Anyone heard of them?) We opened for some amazing acts including Iggy Pop. The band moved to Los Angeles with high hopes of making it big. I got married at 20 to Lori. My career as a musician did not exactly skyrocket and i resorted to selling pens over the phone to make ends meet. then i got divorced. But during those years I got a lucky break, Lori had introduced me to actor Nicolas Cage. Although at first we did not like each other, we eventually became good friends. Nicolas convinced me to try acting and I signed on with Cage's agent. My first audition was for a part in Wes Craven's "A Nightmare on Elm Street". Mr. Craven asked his daughter who she thought should get the part of Glen and she picked me. (Thank goodness) Although not an illustrious beginning (being eaten by a bed in the movie), my movie career was launched.
