About Me

-"I've never met another man I'd rather be." - Bukowski.Me telling you about me seems egocentric but, for those of you who don't really know me, that's an accusation you'll assumably make soon enough. So, I'll oblige and just maybe the minute this takes to read will be meagerly insightful or, in the least, mildly amusing.I'll inaugurate these writings by stating I am badged as a Virgo and it is an obvious birthmark seen by any who meet me. But, for you who need more, I will consummate with my ABC's - I was born in small town Kansas, elementary school in Kansas, jr high in Kansas, high school in Kansas. I know what you must be thinking; he's either tearfully boring or a un-convicted serial killer. True, this was the path life may have taking had it not been for a few to be named later. Yes, I may have be standing outside your window right now deciding if I'm going to bore you with FFA crop talk or bury you because I'm picky about who I eat. But, unlike popular coastal belief, small town Kansas had a lot to offer. It was those bright days in Kansas where I met the brilliant beautiful Maggie, existential thinking Sarah, amusing Penny, adorable Marilee, her vixing, convivial sister Angie, Amanda, Sunny and my life long friends Chris S, Jeff & golf. Before leaving the great plains for a higher calling, at the age of 18, I engaged in my first business venture, working in real-estate, by joint purchasing an apartment building. When I was accepted, I left the heartland to attended a professional school and preform volunteer work in New York City. (Stories I'll save for you to muddle through in a blog one day) Thereafter I toured the East Coast. Not to be insulting but for you western(ers) that included New England, New York State, Pennsylvania, Maryland, DC, the Virginias and the Carolinas. Trust me, it was more exciting than the geography review just given. Then I fulfilled a childhood dream traveling Germany, Italy then onto Switzerland where, in Lox, I took up one of my current interests, snowboarding. But the fun ended when the money ran out so back to life as I knew it, back to the midwest. There I went to work for AMFAM as an agent in small town Kansas, again. Dieing (really) to return to a more populous city I took a promotion in the Marketing Dept moving me to Columbia Mo where I met Tatum, Rae, dishy Candy, her brother Chris & his wife Jen. A couple years after, I was given the opportunity to help AMFAM open in Reno/Tahoe Nevada. Of course I took the position in order to be closer to the California coasts, big lakes for boating, the resorts for snowboarding as well as a new community of magical thinkers. Here's where life became real interesting... relationships (the classic beauty Lezlie)... recreational Nevada stuff filling my closet with more skeletons than I'd like to admit (nothing illegal of course)... more relationships... great friends and luvs (elegant Eileen, chic Chenelle, alluring Stacy, Troy, Chris H, Jared, Jevin & Carolyn, Drl, heart stop eye pop dancing Brandie, buddy Mike, Mike's bewitching wife Tara, Tara's sexy lover Kari, exquisite Jess, Troy's ravishing rather roguish wife Janna, burning hot Dani, bikini-bama Dom, my two favorite new momy's Rach and Sarah L, the extremely lovable Bonnie, and the attractive list goes on)... finally making what my Las Vegas friends call "f*ck u" money (awful I know), I bought a wake-board boat... a house... and met a girl (outrageously unbridled Gillian) and her daughter Paige. Princess Paige became my god daughter (see photos) and the girl, well we're still friends. Recently I took a further sticking promotion to Scottsdale Arizona where the sun always shines. Here I've meet a new fraternity of friends who continue to be my 12-steps. The gorgeous Michelle, lawless Kat, intoxicating Desirea as well as Sarah J's husband Chadd with two d's, which must be a Canadian thing, raider Eddie and mono latina Lisa. Most of my current interests can be found to your left under "General Interests" and "Heroes", it's a quick read, take a look. So that's about it. These are the events and people that have shaped my life. You should take a few minutes to get to know (and thank) them, many can be found in my extended friends list. As earlier mentioned, they may have played a role in stopping your serial killer demise. Kidding of course. This auto-bio was written quickly, late and mostly by what memory I have left thanks to a couple of friends earlier mentioned. If I read it again I am sure I'd change a few things and add some very important people I unintentionally left out. So, we will say my "About Me" is a work in progress; so goes my snark hunt. I hope you enjoyed reading my unfold or at least the musical accompaniment. Me, well now I feel a little gutted and should offer to pay all of you for the therapy session. In the midst of the word he was trying to say In the midst of his laughter and glee He had softly and suddenly vanished away For the snark was a boojum, you see MyGen Profile Generator -

This could mean losing girlfriends, wives, relatives, jobs. And maybe your mind. It could mean not eating for three or four days. It could mean freezing on a park bench. It could mean jail. It could mean derision. It could mean mockery, isolation. Isolation is the gift. All the others are a test of your endurance. Of how much you really want to do it. And you'll do it, despite rejection in the worst odds. And it will be better than anything else you can imagine. If you're going to try, go all the way. There is no other feeling like that. You will be alone with the gods. And the nights will flame with fire. You will ride life straight to perfect laughter. It's the only good fight there is."__ __ United States of Poetry (Washington Square Films). Johnny Depp is reading Jack Kerouac's, Mexico City Blues. Heroes:

"Higher Power - it is far beyond the conceptions of even the most brilliant human being, so it cannot be the property of one race or culture. The need to understand is universal; people just give it different names in their native languages. It is the very essence of life itself, so those who are alive always have the possibility of knowing. It is meant to be found in the here and now, and it is within the grasp of any sincere seeker." -
