Her zealous ability to appraise talent heightened the interest of entertainment attorneys and other industry executives seeking talent. For a season, she honed her skills referring talented artists to entertainment executives. In the twilight of that era, T-Lady then made her home in Houston and began working with an emerging soulful R&B artist. Thus T-Lady Management Inc. was born.
While her current catalog of artists fuses the genus of R&B, hip-hop and gospel, T-Lady is impassioned by music’s beautiful bouquet of genres. From hip-hop to country, her goal is to resurrect the art form by introducing a stable of musicians dedicated to returning music to its unadulterated, avant-garde roots.
Leading with an elegant assertiveness, T-Lady works tirelessly to advance the endeavors of her artists, while maintaining a fiery dedication to the art of relationship building. Her zeal is demonstrated in the way she upholds the goals and objectives of her artists. “I’m very passionate about developing relationship with my artists and taking on their persona to advance their careers,” she says.
