PYROSONIC

I've have been making instrumental electronic music since 1978,and under the Pyrosonic moniker since 1998.I use synthesizers,samplers,computers, percusssion, (including lots of scrap metal) Kalimba,toys,and found sounds.I use a lot of ethnic musical instrument samples.I also do fire art.Since 1991 I've produced a multimedia pyrotechnics show (including the soundtrack) at The Starwood Festival in S.W. New York state.(www.rosencomet.com) I haven't played live in years,(with the exception of some annual jams at Winterstar fesival with Chaz Smith and Bob Mozic of ESO) but I'm thinking about getting back into it.Watch this space for details. Back in the 90's I did sound design for some performance artists in Cleveland,most notably,The Subliminals,Ron Link,and The Nova Lizard Project.I've also worked with Bill Trivison,Paul Keefner,Robert Sirovica,and Temple Jack Orchestra.I've performed in theaters,bars,galleries,condemned buildings,and vacant lots. I'm planning on some CD releases later this year.Stay tuned.
