.............................................i was born in December 1981 here in London, but grew up in what i like to think is the smallest town on earth called S.Jacinto Aveiro,in a peninsula in Portugal, the Venice of Portugal. When i was seven i moved back to London with my Brother.
It was here that One day i stayed home from school and picked up my Brother's guitar and began to think that maybe school was ruining my education.
i immersed myself into learning alone,and began writing before actually knowing how to play,but the will was there.
When i was 19 i moved back to Portugal and took my guitar, and began playing around in the bars and bairros (neighbourhoods) on the street, writing songs,themes of lament, life, death, passion, observations, bravura ,sorrow and exploring.
i came back to London, and formed the band Da Silva,playing the London circuit and Womad Festival, developing which was a good experience,to play with great musicians and friends, always learning and enjoying the atmosphere.In 2006 we mutually went our seperate ways.

am playing all over,where hopefully You will want to come and see me.
i'm recording my second album at the moment, and just did an interview for RTP Internacional, a Portuguese TV channel.
