It's such a fine line between stupid and clever

About Me

I'm a photographer based just outside Ipswich in Suffolk. When I can, I love to photograph live bands. Have a look at my shots on rock-pics.co.uk When I'm not doing that, I'm a wedding and portrait photographer. sarathomas.co.uk

In 2005 I did the London Triathlon to raise money for a children's charity called SOS Children, and through them I now sponsor a little girl in the Gambia. They work in a unique way, giving orphans a proper home with a 'mother.' Have a look at their website for more info.

My Interests

Photography, especially live bands http://www.rock-pics.co.uk Going to see live bands even if I'm not photographing them. Watching grown men fight - as in UFC rather than outside the pub. Eating good food and drinking good wine. Going to the coast here in sunny Suffolk or in Cornwall. Radio 4. Comedy. Radio 4 comedy.

I'd like to meet:

I'm a friendly sort of person, but can I ask that if you request me as a friend, you write me a little note to go with the request? I get some fairly random requests and then I never hear from them again.

I would like to photograph Rammstein - even if they kill me with fire in the process, UFC fights and fighters, ACDC, Iron Maiden, Stephen Fry, Robert de Niro, Dustin Hoffman, Keith Richards, Muhammed Ali, Salma Hayek, XZibit, John Frusciante, Ozzy, Alice Cooper, Dave Grohl, Lauren Bacall, Corey Taylor, Brian Molko, Chris Cornell and Derren Brown.
I'd like to visit the Gambia and see the little girl I have sponsored.
If I had a time machine I would go back and meet my great-great grandmother, Catherine Burns nee Duffy.
