I love karaoke! I have some great Pope moments at karaoke. My fav place to sing at is Burger Betty's.The Pope asked me one day what was "our song" but after 13 years how can you pick one?? So many things remind me of him and all we have been through but our song is "Closer" by Nine Inch Nails. Of course "Crazy" by Patsy Cline is my personal song to him and even when he is not there to here it, I sing it for him. If he ever makes an honest woman of me, I am going to walk down the aisle to "Kashmir" by Led Zeppelin and our 1st dance will be to "Ever Road Leads Back" by the Divine Miss M

Television:

Right nowLike everything, I like various things but I can't turn the tv off if I am watching Firefly (I own it on DVD as well so I totally watch this alot!), Battlestar Galactica, South Park, SG-1, Buffy, Angel, Xena, Hercules, Queer Eye for the Straight Guy, the Surreal Life (I know I am insane), the Dick Van Dyke Show, The Chappelle Show, Monty Phython's Flying Circus, Ab Fab, Oh and Project Runway.I also dig watching the History Channel, Discovery Channel, Nat'l Geographic Channel and I will admit I am hooked on the VH1 and E! Channel countdown shows like I Love the 80's/90's, Awesomely Bad Videos and 100 Most Embarrasing Red Carpet Moments (I know worse than the Surreal Life), etc etc etc....

Books:

I like all kinds of books from autobiographies to sci-fi and beyond.Some of my favourite books are Illusions by Richard Bach, Lamb (The Gospel According to Jesus' Best Friend Biff) by Christopher Moore, the writings of Carl Jung, The Power of Myth by Joseph Campbell, American Gods by Neil Gaiman, The Chronicles of Narnia by CS Lewis and The Canterbury Tales by ChaucerI enjoy most of Anne Rice's writings (especially the beauty books), anything by Clive Barker, JRR Tolkein, AA Milne, various poets from across the ages, a variety of sci-fi and fantasy novels/short stories, a good biography or non-fiction. I am known to read more than 2 books at a time of varying genres. It keeps life interesting for me :)
