About Me

Well, I'm an actor. I really love what I do.Sometimes I get on my bike and ride around, following little bike routes through some pretty interesting corridors of the city. Sometimes I find myself at the foot of a mountain, and I stash my bike and go up it. I find a promontory with a view, then I pull out my notebook and write.I'm beginning to understand what is the story that humanity is playing out here. And what I'm learning is that it's vital we don't lose our storytellers. If you are sending me an ad request, please send me an email also. thxClick this banner to go to the site for this really great film I just worked on.
Tip Jar. Won "Best Acting Ensemble" at the 48hr Film Challenge:

You are The Wheel of Fortune

Good fortune and happiness but sometimes a species of intoxication with success

The Wheel of Fortune is all about big things, luck, change, fortune. Almost always good fortune. You are lucky in all things that you do and happy with the things that come to you. Be careful that success does not go to your head however. Sometimes luck can change.

What Tarot Card are You?

Not something I did, just thought it was funny:This is an allegory:

My Interests

Funny stuff and profound stuff.

I'd like to meet:

Other actors and industry folk. ::I also am a proficient copy editor, so drop me a line if you have a script that needs cleaned up.:: I'd like to meet seekers, people who want to fully engage life on its own terms. People who love the outdoors, who are inspiring, and occassionally slip on a banana peel. Anyone who wants to exchange insights about the nature of things.

Music:

Classic, classical, alternative, almost any folk mucic - American or other. Music that comes from the heart. Music that opens a window onto another world. Blues, jazz, latin, percussion(African, Afro-Cuban Diaspora, Arabic, Indian).

Movies:

The Princess Bride, Romeo is Bleeding(no, NOT Romeo Must Die!), Requiem for a Dream, Happiness, Pi, Altered States, The Mission (my official favorite movie), Where the River Runs Black, True Romance...The Iron Giant.I'm very into Indie film, b/c that's where the real art happens. Interstate 60. I love when a film enriches us with a greater understanding of ourselves, and when the characters go through a huge arc.

Television:

Lost, Heroes, Carnival(I'm so bummed it got cancelled), Rome was awesome, Six Feet Under...most of HBO's shows, actually. Star Trek when it was on still, Simpson's, Family Guy, American Dad, South Park

Books:

Robinson Crusoe by Defoe, The Talisman by Stephen King and Peter Straub, The Eyes of the Dragon by Stephen King, Ishmael (read it, it will change your mind. Don't give up if it seems stupid through the first half.), Jonathan Livingston Seagull... The Giving Tree! Most anything that offers wisdom like that. I love the classics.

Heroes:

Joseph Campbell, Deepak Chopra

My Blog

To Inspired Readers:

The world of ordinary human experience sees a reality in which everything can be explained through science.  Often we see events that are explained in ways that seem very unlikely to be satisfact...

C'mon, dangit!

I see the peoples of all the nations just sick to death of war.  I see them wave banners in protest.  I see them plead with their governments to stop fighting.  "Please!"  they cry...

I can't read that.

Yeah, your myspace background looks BITCHIN.  But I wish I could read what you've written over it.  Goldangit, the font and the background are the same color!

On absurd friend requests

Let's do this in order of severity:1) Those stupid smut profiles that robotically get sent to anyone and everyone. I gotta admit, they're getting smarter. Sometimes the front picture just looks like...
