Richboy formed in 2002, the line-up as it is now coming from various local rock bands. Mixing rock with the modern style of "Metal" and giving it their own unique modern edge to combat the tiring pop music sound alike.
They took the Local music scene by storm and gained a reputation for unpredictable and lively stage performances.
Over the 2 years since forming, Richboy has found a direction in which they flourish.
The band has taken to the stage across the Northwest and are relishing in the reputation they have built. Thriving on the attention given on the bands striking of the first chord of the opening set. They Leave musical footprints wherever they play.
The band were given a boost with the building of their new website- www.richboy.co.uk which gives the fans a place to find out anything they want or need to know about their favourite band.
After a hugely successful first EP, 'Fallen again,' that band completed their second 6 track EPthis year, called 'Into Darkness.' Richboy have spent this year touring the UK promoting this EP and it is now hugely popular in the underground scene.
They have recently promoted their band on Halton FM and their EP is played daily.
Self confident, bursting with energy. Surely the band are going to go on the bigger and better things.
