This is HELLPUNK!
the idea to form a new, yet unnamed, grindcore band was born a few month after BLINDSPOT AD broke up.
michael got in touch with pat (both were the founding members of BLINDSPOT AD) and talked about the fact that he bought a drumset and switched from playing guitar to hit the drums...
after thinking about who could play guitars for that band and some nervous breakdows pat decided, in the age of 30, to try to play guitar for the first time in his life - and well believe it your ears would bleed if you could hear the first couple of rehearsals, haha...
about two years later (october 2006) we both improved playing our instruments - and we wrote about 15 songs...
for a couple of rehearsals we try to overwork a couple of songs with the helping hand of denis, a first class thrashmetal musician, to prepare ourself to hit the studio...
suddenly the idea pop up into our mind to ask andreas from SCHMAND to join us on guitar and pat takes from now on responibillity for the bass-job...
so from december 2006 our line up was completed...
we now plan to enter the BURNT OUT studios to record our first "demo" which wil be released as a pro-done 3" cd on USELESS REC. !
oh and yes the band now got a name - INFEARNAL.
it´s a kind of word-play between INFERNAL and FEAR, which pretty much fits great to our music!
