HELLO!
i am a graphic designer, and have a new record company called ATTRACTIVE! the first single (by 'the phone' called 'discreet affair') is out in early september 2008. then there are plans for an album by the phone, a single by treeline, and a single by the freed unit. design-wise, i'm putting together a website for my friend dave hewson, the highly gifted composer (you'll know his music without realising it!) i also have around 15 sleeves on the go for ace record label 'anna logue' - absolutely the best label and shop to buy synth music on vinyl. i'm also putting the finishing touches to the third album by 'the loves' and some itunes singles for them too. plus i'm in/related to a few bands! 'twins natalia' and 'the phone' (proper involvement in artistic directions and songs but not instruments!) and treeline, formed with my childhood friend clive, and still going after many years (yes, instruments! and found-sound). that all happens at night and weekends as i work full-time, designing for aspen pumps/bbj/big foot systems - an extremely successful air conditioning company!

when not working i like to catch up with friends and family. i like creating tracks on the mac, listening to vinyl, going to gigs, going out for nice meals, having a laugh - the usual stuff humans do! i drive a late '03 red mg zr 160, which never lets me down and thinks its a go-cart, and a 1987 red and white yamaha dt125r mono shock motocross style bike. it is mint condition! a couple of bmxs. i am very 1980s.
since 1980 when i was 12 I have been addicted to collecting vinyl records. i haven't counted my collection, but i think i own between 6-10,000. mainly obscure synth / minimal / diy / post-punk / wave 7"s, but also a lot of acid, house, electro 12"s, psych 7"s, and plenty of crap 70's and 80's pop.....
