Dylan Nelson

Dylan Kay Nelson was born July 23rd in Bountiful, Utah. He moved from city to city with his mother until the age of 10, before settling in with his father and grandmother in Woods Cross, Utah.From a very early age he was always finding ways to perform, whether it was acting, singing, sports, or expressing himself through other forms of art such as writing, drawing, painting, or sculpting. Always fascinated by music, Dylan began working on his voice as a young child. He started out imitating noises and people's voices. Around the age of 13 he started teaching himself to play the piano, but it wasn't until he was seventeen that he began taking voice lessons. He lucked out and was able to study from Seth Riggs and Deborah Bonner during his high school. At this point he felt as if he could have a true chance at making it as a professional singer, as long as he put in the time and effort to get there. The day after his high school graduation, Dylan packed his things and moved to the heart of the entertainment world…Los Angeles, CA. He enrolled in acting classes and also began taking dance lessons from a professional choreographers. Since then, he has been on MTV several times, worked on many TV shows, and been in several music groups touring Los Angeles, while in pursuit of his ultimate dream of being a professional singer. He’s also gone through his hard times on his way to stardom, going through moments where he didn’t have a place to live other than his car, feeling that if he went back home to Utah, he would have failed in achieving his dream.
